You Are What You Say !






You wake up and the first thing on ur mind is how sleepy u are and how u wish u could crawl back into bed.The first words out of ur mouth are 'I HATE MONDAYS' (or Tuesdays or Wednesdays).You then proceed to get ready in a foul mood,wishing you didn't have to go to work or didn't have to send the kids to school and just stay home and sulk.

You will notice that as ur day progresses,things don't get any better.In fact,they seem to get worse by the minute.Ur car doesn't START! U get stuck in a TRAFFIC JAM!!By the time u battle ur way home,u are way past the BAD MOOD,u're practically suicidal.



NOW! try to start another day on a better note.No matter how u really feel,even if u have to grit ur teeth,say something POSITIVE the minute u wake up."What a lovely day!"
or "today will be a good day" or anything along those lines.Get ready with a smile on ur face.
put in ur faveret CD when the traffic jam is SOOOOO SLOOOW!!
Greet ur colleagues with a great smile and say"HAVE A GOOD DAY!!" At the end of day,evaluate ur day~ =)





WRITE IT DOWN....
List 10 things you want to achieve,and stick it in front of ur mirror(kan smua org suke tgk cermin)
recite them to urself everyday (mcm kite salalu brus gigi). Don't be surprised if u find them coming true.!!!
For as u keep stating them to urself,u r making them reality,the self-fulfilling prophecy we mentioned at the beginning of the article.

Start right now and surround urself with POSITIVE WORDS..!!
